Delivery Info
Thank you for shopping at Hoji. You might want to know more about our delivery and distribution before placing orders. Please read the followings for your information.
1. Free shipping is applied from a minimum purchase of £60, orders below £60 will not be able to be checked out at this time. (Once express delivery service is available, there will be a lower starting price and 3 hours delivery service would be available too.)
2. You can choose delivery areas and time slots. Starting from October 18th 2020, we will provide free next-day delivery services to all customers in Greater London who spend more than £60 from Monday to Saturday.
3. After you receive the goods, if your ordered item is out of stock that needs a refund, we will return the balance within 3-5 working days. We hope you can wait patiently for the refund. If you haven’t got the refund after 10 days, please contact us with no hesitation. If you have any other inquiries, please contact our customer service via hello@hoji.xyco.uk, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
4. Our delivery schedule is shown in the below table, please check your postal code and select the most suitable delivery time slot. A third-party express delivery would deliver those outside the postal code range. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 full working days from the date the order was placed. We will call to confirm the delivery time with you one day before shipment.

3.商品を受け取った後、注文した商品の在庫がなく、返金が必要な場合は、3〜5営業日以内に残高を返金します。払い戻しを辛抱強くお待ちください。 10日経っても返金がない場合は、遠慮なくご連絡ください。他にご不明な点がございましたら、hello@hoji.xyco.uk までカスタマーサービスまでご連絡ください。できるだけ早くご連絡いたします。
4.配達スケジュールは下表のとおりです。郵便番号を確認し、最適な配達時間帯を選択してください。サードパーティの速達は、郵便番号の範囲外のものを配達します。すべてのご注文は、ご注文日から1〜2営業日以内に発送することを目指しています。発送の1日前に電話で納期を確認させていただきます。

1. 最低免費送貨金額為£60起，低於£60的訂單目前將無法結賬。（待好記閃送服務開通後會有更低的起送價格及3小時內抵達的配送服務）
2. 您們可以選擇送貨區域和時間段。從10月18號起，我們將於週一到週六為所有大倫敦區域消費滿60鎊的顧客提供免費隔天配送的服務。
3. 您收到貨物以後，如有缺貨需要退款的，我們會在3-5個工作日原路退回餘額，希望您耐心等待幾天退款就會到賬，如果超過10天還沒有收到退款的請及時和我們聯繫，如有其它問題，也可以置信我們的客服郵 hello@hoji.xyco.uk，我們會盡快和您聯繫處理。
4. 以下表格是我們物流配送的時間安排，請核對自己的郵編選擇合適的配送時間，不在此郵編範圍的都是採用第三方快遞送達，一般送貨週期在1-2天左右，我們會在發貨前一天電話聯繫與您溝通。
